Delivery Procedures

Our courier partners deliver packages to your doorstep on business days. If you’re unavailable, they may leave your parcel at a local post office, with neighbours, or with door attendants, notifying you of the location via text message. For unsuccessful deliveries, they will contact you directly to schedule another attempt. If the parcel is not delivered to the consignee or collected within 7 days, it will be returned to the carrier’s warehouse or may be at risk of loss. For residents of rural postal codes or remote locations classified as “beyond points,” please anticipate extended delivery timeframes for your shipments.
