RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Defective Items
Due to lighting variations in photography and inherent display differences between monitors, product colours and packaging may differ slightly from website representations. While we thoroughly inspect all products before shipment to ensure optimal condition, unforeseen factors may occasionally cause damage during transit. Any damage sustained during transportation shall be the carrier’s responsibility to compensate the consumer. As a matter of policy, Fashineray bears no liability for product damage or loss attributable to shipping carriers. For defective products (including colour fading, rust, or breakage), we offer either a full refund or complimentary replacement. Should you encounter any issues with our products or services, please contact us via email, social media, or live chat with compelling photographic evidence. We are committed to resolving your concerns and providing exceptional customer service.
Our Return Policy
We hope you are satisfied with your purchase and our service. If not entirely pleased, you may return stock items in pristine condition within 7 days of receipt. All returns must be unworn, unused, and undamaged, with original packaging and labels intact. Customers bear responsibility for return shipping costs. Returns beyond the 7-day period or items in suboptimal condition may be accepted solely at our discretion. All returns and exchanges require prior authorization. Before returning any item, please get in touch with us via email for approval and shipping details. Once your parcel is in transit, retain the printed return invoice and forward the tracking information and carrier details to [email protected]. We thoroughly inspect all returns upon receipt and reserve the right to decline refund or exchange requests for items in unsuitable condition. You will receive notifications once your return has been received, inspected, and processed. Refunds typically revert to the original payment method, though they may take up to 10 business days to appear depending on your payment provider’s processing times. If applicable, replacement items will be dispatched upon receipt of returned merchandise, with email confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
Customers retain the right to cancel orders for in-stock items at any point prior to leaving our facility. Once your package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, cancellations cannot be accommodated. Any refusal to accept delivery will be flagged as suspicious activity, and refunds will be withheld until the returned package is received and inspected at our facility. Digital goods purchases are non-cancellable. For offline session bookings, cancellations are permitted up to three days before the scheduled appointment date; however, deposits (30% of the full rate) remain non-refundable.
Virtual Goods/Services and Offline Session Booking
All virtual goods and services are final, with no refunds, exchanges, or returns accepted under any circumstances. For offline session bookings, all payments become final three days before the scheduled appointment, at which point no refunds will be processed.
Missing Goods
In the event that your parcel fails to arrive, provided all tracking and consignee information is accurate, verifiable, and demonstrably unrelated to carrier error, we will either dispatch a replacement shipment at no cost or process a complete refund per your preference. Please note that we cannot assume responsibility for parcels directed to incorrectly supplied addresses.
Our Right to Reject Your Purchase/Return, or Cancel an Order
Product sales and order fulfilment at Fashinerary’s physical locations and e-commerce platforms are subject to inventory availability and our discretionary management policies. Fashinerary explicitly reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to limit, decline, or reject any sales, returns, or orders for any reason to protect direct-to-consumer purchases and prevent fraudulent transactions or improper purchasing and returns activity. In such cases, our liability extends only to the reimbursement of funds received from the customer in connection with the specific transaction, with no further obligation for damages or costs.
