We strive to have your photos ready within 1-2 weeks. However, during busy months, a backlog can result in extensive editing time. To ensure quality is never compromised due to rushing, the contract will specify a timeframe of 4-6 weeks in case unforeseen circumstances arise that affect our initial estimate.

Post-processing is a meticulous process in which we refine each image or footage to reflect our artistic vision and iconic style while preserving the event's authentic atmosphere. Our editing includes subtle enhancements such as slight skin retouching (including freckle removal), brightness adjustments, and HSL color correction. We do not provide RAW (unedited) images or clips upon delivery.

We offer flexible delivery methods for your unedited photographs immediately after the photo session. Our preferred approach is providing the images on a USB drive, which you can conveniently save directly to your laptop. However, we understand that after an engaging photo session, you may prefer to rest and review the images at your leisure. In such cases, we're happy to share the complete collection the following day through secure platforms such as Google Drive, WeTransfer, or our curated online gallery on Pixieset. These platforms ensure convenient and protected access to your photographs. Once you've reviewed and confirmed the final edited versions, we'll send you the beautifully refined photographs through your preferred online platform, ensuring a seamless and secure transfer process.

To apply for a Chinese tourism visa (Visa Type-L), you must complete the online application form available on the Chinese Visa Application Service Center website here . After completing the form, print it, sign it, and submit it in person at a visa application center, along with the following required documents:

A passport with at least 6 months of validity and a minimum of 2 blank visa pages.
A copy of the most recent Chinese visa and residence permit (if applicable).
A recent, full-face color photo, sized 48mm x 33mm.
The original and a photocopy of any previous Chinese passport (if applicable).
Flight booking confirmation.
Proof of accommodation and a daily itinerary.
A personal bank statement covering the last three months (required for first-time applicants).

Citizens of 12 countries — France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, Malaysia, Switzerland, Ireland, Hungary, Austria, Belgium, and Luxembourg — are eligible for a visa exemption to enter China by December 31, 2025. Ordinary passport holders from these countries can stay visa-free for up to 15 days for purposes such as business or tourism. For stays longer than 15 days or other types of travel, the standard visa application process still applies.
